Talent Acquisition Consultant
This is a business critical role and as such provides an awesome opportunity to be part of something big and highly visible.
You will be an integral part of a team looking to make a significant impact in the growth of a business and build a best in class Talent function focussed on driving candidate experience and volume.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from either a 360 Agency Recruitment background OR from an Internal Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition team in a fast growing business. We would also consider people who hold a relevant degree or have work, internship or extracurricular experience in HR, Sales or Recruitment.
We offer a competitive base salary and UNCAPPED Team based Commission and like the rest of our business there is clear progression, support, training and opportunity for all successful members of our team.
The role of a Talent Acquisition Consultant:
- You'll be playing an integral part in our expansion acting as the face of our business to potential candidates.
- You'll be attracting and hiring top talent to join our Academy
- You'll act as an ambassador to the business and the brands you represent.
- You will be sourcing candidates both active and passive, screening and qualifying candidates based on internal metrics and external assessments, interviewing candidates (we'll train you on how to excel at this) and managing the entire candidate experience, ensuring that every single candidate has a special experience with us.
- Alongside using job boards and social media you'll be posting advertisements, attending events on Campus/virtually at Universities (Career Fairs, on-campus interviews, seminar workshops, and business presentations), as well as gaining referrals and attending networking events.
- As well as managing the interview process you'll be hosting recruitment events on and off site.
- You'll be working in close partnership with our Stakeholders to work on achieving the goals of the business together.
- You'll be working closely with the people you hire as they become consultants and watch them grow and develop in their careers.
- You will be responsible for the candidate journey through to onboarding into the Academy and liaise with departments thereafter
- You will also manage Projects alongside your day to day- these will be linked to increasing the volume, quality and diversity of our sources
