We're open to people who have a degree and those who don't, to people with experience and those without. If you're passionate, driven and technically competent, we will equip you with the skills to kickstart your career in consulting.
Training Program Overview
Our Training Programmes are aimed at empowering you by equipping you with the necessary business skills, technical expertise AND practical experience, enabling you to be client ready. Our pathways will enable you to develop your skills in data or software engineering with additional options to upskill in niche disruptive technologies that we partner with such as Quantexa and Databricks.
Successful completion of the training academy will lead to 2-year paid placements with our clients.
Please note we fully fund your 6 weeks of training, but the training period itself is unpaid. Successful employment following the training academy will lead to 2-year paid placements with our clients.
What you receive from joining us:
- In-depth training in programming languages including: Python and C++ to strengthen your coding skills.
- Hands-on experience working with databases and data manipulation tools such as SQL, Data Handling and Data Visualisations with Power BI.

Key traits our successful associates have in common include:
- A degree in a relevant STEM subject (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science etc) OR prior technical experience through completion of a bootcamp OR direct technology experience within Industry.
- Strong passion for data-driven technologies and a desire to pursue a career in data engineering.
- Foundational understanding of programming languages and database concepts. Knowledge of Python or Java is essential; in this, Power BI, SQL, Scala, Spark and other visualisation tools are desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Desire to keep up to date with industry advancements and a willingness to participate in upskilling opportunities.
